Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

• The final balance must be paid no later than 1 day prior to departure.

 

Bookings are only secured once the deposit has been received.

 

Cancellation Terms

 

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking the following terms will apply:

 

• Cancel more than 30 days before the charter date = Full refund

• Cancel less than 30 days before the charter date = Non-refundable

 

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

 

Bad Weather Cancellations

​

Your safety is our top priority. If the Phuket Marine Department issues an official storm warning and it is unsafe to operate, we will provide a full refund or assist with rescheduling.
